Window Blinds
Window blinds are commonly constructed using a bank of horizontal slats, or louvers.
Slats are evenly spaced from the top down with cords or strips of fabric. Often, the slats are narrow allowing for good light and visibility through the window coverings. The slats may be rotated 90 degrees up or down, or drawn to the top exposing the entire window, to adjust the amount of light and visibility.
Window blinds are available in a number of styles materials including wood, metal, aluminum mini-blinds, composite, faux wood, vinyl, cloth vertical, and venetian.
